L’Occitane TR and SHIFT identified key PDP challenges on Avolta and Heinemann. SHIFT was then entrusted with supporting Sol de Janeiro to strengthen its e-retailer presence, improve visibility and ensure stronger brand representation.

In this project, we supported the team through three key phases to strengthen content consistency and performance.

First, the current content state was assessed: existing Product Details Pages were analysed, key strengths and content gaps were identified and prioritized based on industry best practices. Next, key learnings were consolidated and clear recommendations were defined to improve relevance and consistency. Finally, the development and rollout of enriched content were supported ensuring smooth implementation across channels.
