To support this, SHIFT’s Retail Analytics Solution was used to monitor store performance through innovative KPIs providing a deeper understanding of shopper behavior and enabling more tailored experiences. Traffic, engagement and sales dynamics were analyzed over a defined period (November 2024 to February 2025) and performance was benchmarked across key indicators by comparing different timeframes and boutiques. The impact of marketing actions and window activations was also captured to identify performance drivers, detect trends and highlight opportunities to refine retail strategy and maximize future results.
