As part of the RGM new models project, SHIFT supported the team in clarifying Revenue Growth Management (RGM) fundamentals and their strategic implications. Our work combined market analysis, benchmarking and competitive insights alongside one-to-one sessions with RGM leaders to share expertise and align on a common direction.
Building on this, we defined an agreed scope across three priorities: shaping strategies, capabilities and operating models across Sales, Marketing and E-Commerce, identifying best practices to optimize commercial spend (pricing, promotions and media) consistently across channels and benchmarking transformation journeys to pinpoint key success factors and support effective execution.
